 A deposit (bond) of 2 days rent to be paid as soon as possible to secure reservations.
Payment: By cash or cheque.
  Full rent to be paid 2 weeks prior to commencement especially in peak periods.
   
- Advance bookings preferred.
- Bookings of less than 3 days will be considered but not in peak periods, long weekends or school holidays, and will incur a $30 surcharge.
- Bookings of minumum 4 days to 7 days preferred over Christmas & Easter school holidays, however will be considered closer to dates requested.
- Bookings over two weeks receive 15% discount.

Less than 10 minutes from Mandurah's main town centre where there are more swimming places and you can meet up with the dolphins.

Enjoy our beautiful park with walkways along the waters edge, jetties where you can fish and go crabbing, a huge well equipped children's playground as well as cinemas, an entertainment centre, Ciccerello's and plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops.

Less than 5 minutes away from Halls Head Shopping Centre, Farmer Jacks (open 24 hours summer months), Video Ezy (overnight latest releases only $2.95), Red Rooster, petrol station, Fish N Chips shop and a local tavern offering very cheap meals.

Less than 12 minutes away from Mandurah's Shopping Forum.
