Modern and chic, these beautiful two storey townhouses will suit either a family or a group of friends ready to have fun together. You won’t mind cooking your breakfast is this fully equipped kitchen and eating it on the private deck.
Each townhouse has 4 bedrooms. Imagine yourself sitting in the spa bath part of the master bedroom, sipping champagne watching the waves roll in. Fine linen, comfortable beds and fluffy towels are all a part of being pampered.
The expansive living area with its huge dining table and luxurious lounge suites looking straight out over the sand dunes to the sea invites relaxation, fun times and magical memories. The fully functional laundry combined with a bathroom on the ground floor will take care of all the family needs. Each townhouse has its own double garage.
A short stroll along the beach will get you a coffee or a delicious meal at one of the cosmopolitan restaurants at Henley Beach or Glenelg. West Beach shopping precinct with supermarket, bakery, doctor, dentist, chemist, beauty salon and hairdressers is literally around the corner. Have a game of golf at one of the three golf courses within 3 – 10 minutes of the townhouse. Baseball, sailing, kayaking are also within minutes.
If you are coming for a conference or one of our many fantastic sporting events or festivals you will be thrilled to know these cost effective townhouses can accommodate up to ten people. The CBD is only 15-20 mins away and the airport is only 10mins. International and interstate visitors can make it a base as we are happy if you stay for as long as 2 months or as little as 3 days.
