This 2 bedroom fully self contained apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms come with a wardrobe.

The Apartment is situated on the ground floor, on a quiet street and you will find it has all your necessities to make your stay comfortable.

The lounge room comes with an 81cm LCD TV, DVD player, stereo system and reverse cycle airconditioning. In the lounge area we also provide you with kid's books, books, DVD's and games. The Kitchen has all provisions available for self cooking including tea/coffee making facilities, gas stove, electric oven, microwave & fridge, all cooking equipment, utensils and crockery are also provided. Plastic cutlery and crockery are provided for younger children and a high chair can be provided upon request.

The property comes with a washing machine, an iron & ironing board, an indoor clothes rack for clothes drying & outdoor clothes line is also available. The Bathroom has a shower & bath & hairdryer is provided.
All bedding, linen, blankets and towels are included in the nightly tariff as well as all your kitchen and bathroom needs.
The Apartment comes with an undercover carport for 1 vehicle and off street parking is also available.

A portacot is available at $5 per night.
Internet access is available at $7 per night.

Caulfield Racecourse is a few minutes walk.
Caulfield park, shops, cafes and restaurants are all a few minutes drive.
