Walks along the beach, to the mouth of the river and along the river foreshore are highlights of a holiday by the water at Blackwood Retreat. There is a private jetty, open fire, three bedrooms sleeping max six people, open living and dinning area, laundry and outside deck/paved entertainment area with BBQ. Wineries, Caves and river tours all on your door step!Overlooking the Blackwood River mouth and southern coast is a two storey house with private shared jetty.

Immediately to the north is an A-Class Reserve of pristine southern coastal vegetation, giving a sense of isolation away from the crowd, even though the house is situated less than 1km from the Augusta town centre.

It is an ideal spot for a relaxing break with family and friends, providing a very comfortable summer seaside experience, or a cosy winter retreat around the wood fire.
