This charming double storey 1940's cottage is only a stone's throw from the beautiful bayside beach at Rye on the Southern end of the Mornington Peninsula.

The property has been lovingly renovated with a slight French Provincial Style and is ideal for a variety of groups. Cheap enough for couples and groups alike, it sleeps 2 - 8 comfortably. Sitting with two smaller cottages (although completely private) it can be booked individually or part of the Blue Moon Cottages group for larger group stays of up to 16.

The property offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with corner spa bath), two lounge rooms, a large dining room that can seat 10 comfortably and fully equipped kitchen.

Outside is an L shaped courtyard with wrought iron table and chairs and sun loungers. At the rear upstairs is a sunny balcony.

The property has log fire and free wifi.

All bedlinen and towels are provided along with basics in the kitchen and bathroom for guests to use on arrival.
