This is a lovely fully self-contained beachfront home opposite the best beach in Busselton, yet it is very quiet. It is a three bedroom two bathroom home with a full size bath, and has every modern convenience (flat screen TV, DVD, ipod dock etc) and includes a lock up garage, secure, lock up backyard and extra parking for car or boat. You can sit on the porch and look at the ocean. The boat ramp is 200 metres away, and the cycle path is in front of the home. You can cycle all the way into Busselton along the beachfront (bikes provided). There are also shops and a fun park conveniently placed nearby.

All of the premier wineries, vineyards and restaurants are easily accessible.

This is a lovely BEACHFRONT holiday home opposite the best beach in Busselton, and is undoubtedly the best value holiday home in Busselton, with very high return clientele.
