Carrington Cottage is a charming cottage situated at Bonogin/Mudgeeraba. Only a 5 min drive to Town, for shopping, restaurants, public transport, parks & much more. Conveniently located between the Beaches & the Hinterland.

WE HAVE TWO COTTAGES ON OUR PROPERTY.
BOTH COTTAGES ARE FULLY SELF CONTAINED & BOTH HAVE TWO BEDROOMS.

The Main Bedroom offers a Queen Bed & a 2 seater lounge, complete with Reverse Cycle Air-con. This bedroom also has a Separate Toilet & Basin.

The Second Bedroom has a Double Bed, a Single Bed and a Trundle Bed, with Views of the Valley. Complete with Reverse Cycle Air-con.

The Trundle bed can be situated adjoining the lounge room, for guests that do not want to share a bedroom.

The Lounge room is spacious with wooden floors, 42" Flat Screen TV, Sound System with DVD/CD Player & Radio. Reverse Cycle Air-con.
The Views from the Lounge and Living areas are Superb.

* * * DINING * * *
Is situated next to the kitchen and seats 6.
There is also a dining table on the verandah, if you prefer al fresco.

* * * KITCHEN * * *
Has a good size fridge, gas cook top, microwave, large pantry, plenty of bench space, small oven, toaster, kettle, all cooking utensils & washing machine.

* * * BATHROOM * * *
The Bathroom has a Bath, Shower, Vanity & Toilet.

* * * OUTSIDE SPACE * * *
The Lounge leads onto the Huge Verandah.
The Verandah is Child Friendly, so the little ones can't escape.
The Verandah is a perfect place to take in the views of the valley, complete with BBQ, dining table and plenty of seating.
Off to the side of the Verandah is a small fenced garden.

The Owners live on the property, in a Separate Cottage Thus, enabling us to be on call for any extra requirements.
