A 100 year old cottage with 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 13 persons. A double room and queen room plus a bunk room. There is plenty of room for 2 families. Covered bbq area on back verandah ideal for the chef. Pet Friendly. Bikes/swags/tent/fishing gear available for guests, no cost. Only 5 mins from the ferry and you can access all that is on offer around the island from here.Dudley Villa is a 100 year old limestone cottage set on 5 acres of narrow leaf. There is plenty of room for children of all ages to explore or play within the property, The cottage has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 13 persons or 2 familys quite comfortably. The kitchen comes fully equipped and there is also and under cover bbq area on the back deck area. Open fire during the winter keeps the cottage nice and toasty. There is a selection of dvds/videos for children or family titles to watch. Wild life can be seen and heard most nights around the cottage and for star gazers a great place to look. There is games/puzzles/and books for all ages to enjoy.
