EMERALD BEACH HOUSE has a great north-facing location. Set up above the street it is only moments to the surf beach (200m) and enchanting headland walks. Quiet and private, it is perfect for a relaxing holiday with your family and/or pets (by arrangement).
We completed a full refit of the house in March 2013 (living, dining, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms) - have a look at the photos, we hope that you enjoy what we have done.
The house has generous air-conditioned living and dining areas, 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, a bathroom, a second toilet and a tiled laundry area. There is a fold-out sofa bed in the second bedroom, so the property can accommodate a family with 3 children.
There is a large balcony with great views of the beach and hinterland (complete with BBQ) where you can relax and watch the changing light over ocean, beach and sky.
Accommodation is all on the upper level of the renovated but older-style house, which has level access to the fully fenced rear garden and an outside shower for washing off the salt and sand. Our part-time manager sometimes uses the small completely separate flat underneath.
