Beachfront, near new holiday home in Longbeach. Sleeps 8 adults comfortably. Fully equipped with airconditioning, dishwasher, 127cm plasma TV, two other TVs, DVDs, Austar, games, books, videos etc. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Surrounded by magnificent bushland to the front and rear and ocean at the back. 180 degree spectacular water views. Very private.NAUTICA IS ABSOLUTE BEACHFRONTAGE!
Nautica has 4 large bedrooms, 1 with a king (including a large ensuite and WIR), 2 with queen beds, and 1 with a triple bunk (double on bottom, single on top).
Nautica is approximately 35 squares in size.
The bedrooms are all downstairs, along with a rumpus and laundry, and main bathroom.
Upstairs are the living areas, consisting of formal lounge and dining, kitchen and family/rumpus rooms (approx 9 metres long).
There is also a bathroom and huge undercover deck with barbq and fabulous views out to the ocean.
Nautica is in a great location, surrounded by national park to the front and side and 180 degree ocean views to the rear. You walk from the back yard directly to the beach.

The property was amazing. Fully equiped with every thing that you may need in a stay. It was a home away from home. The floor plan allowed a group of us to have our space and relax with the sound of the ocean no matter where we sat. The beds were warm and snuggly with plenty of good quality sheets, doonas and pillows. The location was ideal with the beach so close. We will be back as soon as we can get a another booking.
