Recently renovated, contemporary 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with Bay Views. Sleeps 8. Centrally positioned, 3 min walk to beach & shops.
All mod cons to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The house has 2 entertaining areas, and a BBQ on the upper deck to enjoy whilst you sit and relax and take in the view. Accommodation includes plasma TV, DVD/Bluray player, Stereo CD and a spa for your enjoyment.
Bay Views can be enjoyed from the upstairs floor where there is an outside entertaining area, with BBQ on the top deck.
There are 2 entertainment areas indoors, an open plan modern spacious kitchen and 2 bathrooms, one with spa bath.
Upstairs, one bedroom has a queen bed, with the other a triple bunk (double bed below and single on top); whilst the bedroom downstairs has a King Split bed, which can either be 2 single beds or one king size bed.
The home is fully equipped for your enjoyment, with all bedding supplied; however we ask that you bring a top and bottom sheet, pillowcases and own towels.
The home is fully fenced.
