The Separate 50sqm Games Room is Enormous, with a XBOX, Play station and Computer with Broadband, all with games. For the Adults Harcourt has a 9ft Billiard Table, 8ftTable Tennis Table and a Air Hockey Table.
The Games room has its own Kitchenette and Bathroom.
Harcourt Caters for Families with a Huge Ultra Modern Granite Kitchen, which is fully Equipped.
The Property has 5 Bedrooms, 3 of the Bedrooms have Queen Ensembles, 2 of the Bedrooms both have 2 Single Ensembles. There is Double Sofa Bed in the Games room. For Larger Family groups there is a Studio situate above the Games room. With 1 Queen Ensemble, 2 Single Ensembles and a Double Sofa Bed.

Harcourt has 3 Bathrooms with 1 having a Deep Soak Bath. On Warm days you can Relax, in Air-condition comfort, In winter there is Under floor heating.
There is 2 106cm Widescreen TV with DVD/TV/STEREO Surround Sound, with 90 DVDs to choose from. No need to bring baby items Harcourt has 2 Highchairs, 2 Porta Cots, a Pram and a Baby Bath with Change Table .

Harcourt has a Double Lockup Garage. Linen Package can be supplied for a small charge.
