The property is ideally suited for families, and well behaved pets are welcome, with prior approval.

The children will love the wide, rolling lawns of the back yard and the cute cottage cubby with sandpit and shell-pool. Your pet will love the cool, shady front porch with stretcher and dog bowls and the fully fenced front and backyard to roam around.


The yard is privately enclosed with a high fence and is situated in a quiet street. There is plenty of room for safe, secure off street parking for your car, boat or jet ski.
