60 Day Free Trial Listing

So you can test the effectiveness of HolidayRentals, we offer all new Standard and Feature listings a free 60 day trial listing. You can even add a photograph and a description to your trial listing.

You can check on the number of hits your site has registered through HolidayRentals. If after 60 days, you are happy with the results, we will invite you to subscribe.

We have 4 subscription levels:

Standard	- a photograph of your property - a short description - a link to your website - access to advertising specials or promotions you may be offering - price and star rating details - inclusion in our search engine, and - a hit count of the number of people reaching you through our website.	Costs $44 (inc. GST) a year.
Feature	- the Standard Listing as above, plus - a photograph, the name of your property and a link to your website, will appear in the Feature Listing section of the screen at national, state, region and city levels of the site. Your listing shares the limelight with our other Feature Listings in that section.	Costs $66 (inc. GST) a year
Premium	- the Feature Listing as above, plus - an extra page of information which includes 4 extra photographs, general information, property features, location, map, seasonal prices, and an availability calendar. see example	Costs $121 (inc. GST) a year
Pay per Booking Option	- a Premium Listing as above - A charge of $11 per night is levied on all bookings made through your HolidayRentals availability calendar.	Free listing. $11 per night booking fee.
