Set amidst six acres of landscaped tropical and subtropical gardens, right in the heart of beautiful Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast, southern Queensland.

It is a truly unique paradise and the perfect springboard for your holiday, whether it be visiting the theme parks, sunbaking by the two spacious pools, or sipping a glass of red on your balcony...We are spread over 6 acres of beautiful gardens and most of our apartments overlook our gardens.

Some apartments have views over one of the two swimming pools. Our apartments are either on the ground floor, 1st floor or 2nd floor. All apartments have parking for one vehicle ONLY in a lock up garage or under ground car park. Air con in all units.

It's hard to imagine this peace and tranquility is only a few minutes away.

    Extra charges refer to hiring of a cot or/highchair (linen is not provided with cot hire).
    Cot/Highchair $10p/night or $50 max.
    Fold out beds can be provided for extra adults or children @ $15p/night.
    Extra person charges 5th person in a 2 bedroom and 7th person in a 3 bedroom apartment. The charges refer to how long you are staying but generally start from $25p/night.
    Phone call charges occured during accommodation must be paid directly to reception prior to departure.
    Air Con: A deposit for the remote (picked up at reception) of $50 is returned when remote is bought back to reception and a $7p/day fee charged during the low/mid season, High Season p/day charge cancelled.
    Videos/DVD's are paid for at reception.
