Spacious living/dining room with 14' ceilings, TV/DVD,Stereo/CD player. Bathroom/laundry with front loading washing machine & dryer. Huge glass sliding doors opening onto a large enclosed NE patio (secure for small children). Landscaped gardens surrounding spacious front and back outdoor entertaining areas. Ceiling fans and outdoor patio hammocks. Off street parking and gas BBQ. All bedroom windows fully screened & ceiling fans throughout. This is the downstairs that is rented by Dolphin upstairs is a private residence.

C~shack welcomes Pet owners and are happy to provide pet accommodation so you all enjoy Stradbroke Island. Please keep your pets "Outdoors" and keep the patio area clean. A $50 cleaning charge will be incurred if pets are found to have spent time inside C~Shack premises.
